At Recovery Plus Support we are always on the lookout for experienced support coordinators who are dedicated to making a difference. A support coordinator plays an active role in helping the participants achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS plan. They identify the growth areas, determine the participant’s capacity and develop a support plan that best helps them maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks and live independently.
Qualifications/Certifications
- Vocational qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015), Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115) or Diploma of Community Services (CHC52015).
- Relevant checks such as a Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Some employers may also prefer you to have a driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- A degree in Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Human Services.
- Experience in Social Support Volunteering.
